Police arrested Chunchun Sah, 50, of Manobhanjyang Rural Municipality-5 on April 9 on charges of raping a 20-year-old disabled girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on the same day, accusing Sah of raping the victim on April 7.
Based on the complaint filed by the victim’s side, the police stated that the accused had been arrested for investigation.
The victim’s health examination was conducted at the District Hospital on April 7.
