A complaint has been filed with the police against Santosh Bishwakarma, 25, of Bhotkhola Rural Municipality–4, on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl.
According to Inspector Dhanbahadur Rajbanshi, the victim’s side filed the complaint at the District Police Office on March 18, alleging that the girl was raped on March 8.
Inspector Rajbanshi stated that a search for the accused, who went into hiding immediately after the complaint, has been initiated.
The health examination of the victim girl was conducted at the District Hospital on March 18.
