Police arrested Leel Bahadur Kumal, 39, of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan-1 on January 7, 2025, for allegedly sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl.
The victim filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Butwal, on the same day, alleging the abuse took place on January 6.
The victim underwent a medical examination on January 7 at the Lumini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
