The victim party on November 30, 2025 have lodged a complaint against Dilnath Adhikari, 65 of Makawanpurgadhi Rural Municipality-5 for raping a 14-year-old girl on November 6.
The victim underwent medical examination on November 30 at Hetauda Hospital.
The police have stated that the accused has been absconding since the incident and is currently being sought.
