Police have arrested Shivamangal Yadav, 23, of Gaidahawa Rural Municipality-1 from Gaidahawa on 16 November on the charge of sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl. With the help of her guardian, the victim had filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Lumbini, on 16 November, stating that the accused had sexually abused her on 11 November.
The victim’s medical examination was conducted at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa, on 16 November.
