Police arrested Shridhar Sunar,36, of Buddhbhumi Municipality-1, Kapasi on 10 November on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Gorusinge, Kapilvastu on 10 November, stating that the accused had raped the girl on 9 November.
The health check-up of the victim was conducted on 10 November at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
