Police arrested Samir Sunar,19, of Bichgaudi, Shivaraj Municipality-9, on October 24 for the charge of raping a 6-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at Chandrauta Ward Police Office on October 26, alleging that the accused had raped the minor on October 24.
The girl underwent a medical examination on October 24 at Kapilvastu Hospital.
