Police have arrested Ridam Limbu, 26, of Phedap Rural Municipality-4 on April 5, 2022, on the charge of attempting to rape a 30-year-old woman.
The victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on April 5 accusing that he had attempted to rape her on the same day.
Inspector Komal Thakur of the District Police Office said that the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on April 5.
