Police have arrested Prem Bahadur Budha, 21, of Naubahini Rural Municipality-2 on December 21, 2021, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.
According to Inspector Devi Prasad Gaire of the District Police Office, the victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on December 21 alleging that the accused had raped her on December 13.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital, Bijuwar on December 21.
