A complaint has been filed against Kedar Singh Kunwar, 42, of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan-4 at the District Police Office, Kailali on December 18, 2021, on the charge of raping a 41-year-old woman.
DSP Ved Prakash Joshi of the District Police Office told INSEC that the victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Kailali alleging that she had been raped by Kunwar on December 14.
A team of police has been delegated to search for the absconding accused, informed DSP Joshi.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at Seti Provincial Hospital, Dhangadhi on December 18.
