Police have arrested Bhuwan Bista (28) of Sindhupalchowk Melamchi municipality and Pasang Sherpa (28) of Dolakha Gaurishankar rural municipality-4 on 5 July 2020 in accusation of raping a 29-year-old woman.
The victim was raped on 4 July 2020, informed DSP Nabin Karki of Metropolitan Police Circle, Baudhha to INSEC’s representative in a phone conversation.
The complaint was filed on 5 July at Metropolitan Police Circle, Baudhha. According to the victim, they were consuming alcohol together but they accused duo had mixed some drugs after which she was unconscious.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 5 July 2020
