Complaint was filed against Birendra Yadav (40), Public Health Officer of the Kakalini Municipality Office for beating and injuring Ram Dev Yadav (53), Senior AHW and Assistant Health Coordinator of the same office. The complaint was filed on 3 May 2020.
He was beaten for advising Birendra Yadav not to post anything on social media that defamed their workplace and colleagues. This incident injured both of them and they were treated at a private clinic nearby.
