The District Court of Palpa has ordered to sentence 31 years old Nara Bahadur Kumal of Siddheshwor-4 for two and half years after finding him guilty on attempting to rape a 61 years old woman.
A single bench of district court judge Dilli Raman Tiwari had given a verdict on January 11 regarding the case.
The victim’s relative had lodged a complaint at District Police Office of Palpa on September 13 and police had arrested the accused on a same day and filed a case against him.
