Police arrested Dudhnath Tharu, 51, of Sarawal Rural Municipality-1, on May 10, on charges of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Bardhaghat, on May 11. The victim underwent a medical examination on May 1 at Prithivichandra District Hospital.
