Police arrested Bhojraj Dhungana, 60 of Sangamtole, Tilotama Municipality-8, on April 27 on charges of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Office on April 27, accusing Dhungana of sexually abusing the victim on January 29.
The victim underwent a medical examination on April 27 at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
