Police arrested Rabin Dhamala, 41, of Katari Municipality-2, Garas, on April 18 on charges of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Station on April 18, stating that the accused had sexually abused the victim on the same day.
According to DSP Kedarman Dong, the accused was arrested for investigation following the complaint.
The victim underwent medical examination at Katari Hospital on April 18.
