Police arrested Dilip Sada, 39, of Kajarnha Municipality-4, on June 16, on charges of raping a 34-year-old woman with an intellectual disability.
The victim’s family filed a complaint on June 16 at the Area Police Office, Michairya, accusing Sada of raping the victim on June 15.
The victim underwent a medical examination on June 15 at the provincial hospital, Siraha.
