Police arrested Chudamani Dangi, 22, of Tulsipur Submetropolitan-13, on June 17, on charges of raping an 11-year-old.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, on June 17, accusing Dangi of raping the victim on June 16.
The victim underwent a medical examination on June 17 at the Rapti Hospital in Tulsipur.
