Police arrested Mahendra Jaisi, 19, of Geruwa Rural Municipality-1, on May 19, on charges of raping a 15-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Pathabhara, on May 19, accusing Jaisi of raping the victim on May 18.
The victim underwent a medical examination on May 19 at Bardiya Hospital, Gulariya.
