Police arrested Dinesh Majhi, 40, of Urlabari Municipality-1 on April 14 on charges of raping a 16-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Station on April 14, accusing Majhi of raping the victim on April 13.
The victim underwent a medical examination on April 14 at the Koshi Hospital.
