Police arrested Yagya Bohora, 31, of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-7, on February 13 on charges of raping a 51-year-old woman on the same day.
The investigation began after the victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, on the same day, according to ASP Dipak Shrestha. The victim underwent medical examination on February 13 at Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur.
