A Complaint has been filed against Suraj Karki, 24, of Hariwan Municiplaity-11 at the Area Police Office on 24 November accusing him of raping a 17-year-old girl on 12 November.
Inspector Chandrakanta Adhikari of the Area Police Office, Hariwan, stated that the accused has fled to India following the incident and they are searching for him. The girl underwent a health examination on 24 November at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangawa.
