A complaint was filed by the aggrieved party at the Area Police Office, Butwal, on November 23, 2025 against Subash Gharti Chhetri, 23 of Kathekol, Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City-15, Dang District, on the allegation of sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl on November 15, 2025.
According to DSP Indra Bahadur Rana of the Area Police Office, Butwal, the police search is ongoing as the accused has been absconding since the incident.
The victim’s health examination was conducted on November 21, 2025 at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
