Rohit Luhar, 19, of Bhadali, Patan Municipality–6, was arrested on October 12, 2025 for allegedly raping a 19-year-old woman on August 28.
According to Inspector Balram Pandey of the District Police Office, Baitadi, the suspect was arrested and is under investigation based on a complaint filed by the victim on October 11.
The victim underwent a health examination at the Primary Health Center the same day.
