Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy on October 5 on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.
According to police, the boy allegedly raped the girl on September 27. The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Kapilvastu District Police Office on October 5.
The girl underwent a medical examination at Kapilvastu Hospital in Taulihawa on the day of the incident.
