We offer our heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family of former Chief Justice Bishwanath Upadhyaya who passed away at the age of 84 on January 30.
The demise of senior legal expert Upadhyaya, who chaired the constitution drafting committee 1990, is a loss to the judicial sector of the country. The nation will always be indebted to his contributions in the legal and judicial sector.
