According to Police Inspector Raju Shah, the information officer at the Rasuwa District Police Office, search operations are ongoing. Teams from the Nepal Police and the Nepal Army have been deployed up to the Nuwakot border, and Nuwakot Police have also been informed and requested to assist in the search operation. Earlier reports had stated that Sanskriti, Kishan, and Sanita were residents of Madhyapur Thimi. However, it was later clarified that the information was based on details provided by Roj Karmacharya, who had informed the police that they boarded a vehicle from Shankhadhar Chowk in Madhyapur Thimi while heading toward Langtang, which led to the mistaken reporting that they were from Thimi.
