A complaint was filed by the victim’s side at the District Police Office in Malangwa on April 23, 2026, against Birendra Kumar Singh, 36, also known as Boliya, of the same locality, on charges of abducting and trafficking Suman Kumar Kushwaha, 13, from Anarha, Ward No. 5 of Balara Municipality.
According to the victim’s side, the accused lured the child with the promise of employment and abducted him on April 19, taking him to Saitpur village in Patna, Bihar, India. DSP Saroj Rai stated that a search operation is underway to locate the accused.
