Police arrested N. Singh Rai, 55 from Risku, Kataari Municipality-7 on November 14 on the charge of raping a 60-year-old woman.
The victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office on the same day, alleging that the accused had raped her on November 12.
Based on the complaint from the victim, the police stated that the accused was arrested for investigation.
The health examination of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on November 15.
