Till 11 May, corona infection reaches 134. These people belong to 17 different districts from six provinces. There are no cases in Karnali Province yet.
The first case of corona was detected in a 32-year-old student on 23 January 2020. Within 110 days’ span, the cases have reached 134 in numbers. Till date 32 of them have returned after recovery and among them, three were re-infected.
There are 32 in Udaypur, two in Jhapa, one in Bhojpur of Province 1. In case of recovery, 16 have recovered from Udaypur, Jhapa and Bhojpur in total.
There are 25 in Parsa, three in Rautahat, two in Bara, one each in Sarlahi and Saptari of Province 2. In case of recovery, 16 have recovered from Udaypur, Jhapa and Bhojpur in total. In case of recovery, three in Parsa and one in Rautahat have recovered.
In Bagmati Province’s Kathmandu, there were five cases and all of them have recovered. There were two patients in Chitwan out of which one has recovered and one is being treated.
Baglung of Gandaki Province had two cases and both of them have recovered.
Province 5 has 24 in Banke, 21 in Kapilbastu, seven in Rupandehi, one in Bardiya and all of them are being treated. On 11 May there were additional 23 cases in Province 5.
Till 11 May, there aren’t any cases detected in Karnali Province.
There are five cases in Sudur Paschim Province i.e. four in Kailali and one in Kanchanpur.
