Police have arrested 50 years old Raj Kumar Shah of Narasingh Rural Municipality-6 on charge of raping 13 years old girl.
The victim is even four months pregnant according to the victim’s family.
The accused had threatened for life if the incident is made public. The incident was made public after the victim was taken to hospital for health checkup. A complaint against the accused was lodged at District Police office of Sunsari on February 18.
