Police have arrested 15 and 16 years old boys on September 23 on charge of raping 12 years old girl.
They were arrested after the complaint against them was lodged at District Police Office by the victim’s family on charge of rape on September 22 according to inspector Prakash KC.
The victim underwent health checkup at Karnali Instutute of Health and Science on a same day.
