Police have arrested central member and district in charge of Nepal Communist Party Hari Basnet on June 19.
He was arrested while he was having tea at local shop in Pyuthan Municipality-4 according to the party.
Inspector Gobardan Thapa said that he was arrested for the investigation and was sent to District Police Office.
