A complaint has been filed at the District Police Office, Malangwa, on May 22, against Ranjit Kumar Chaudhary, 33, of Malangwa Municipality-3, for allegedly beating Mukesh Kumar Yadav, 28, a contract-based assistant secretary working at the Ward Office of Malangwa Municipality-3, on May 18.
According to the complaint, the accused allegedly misbehaved and had beaten the victim following dissatisfaction over the non-completion of his work. The victim has made these allegations in his statement.
DSP Saroj Rai of the District Police Office, Sarlahi, stated that an investigation into the incident is currently underway. The victim received medical treatment at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa, on May 22.
