The District Court of Khotang has ordered to sentence 43 years old Khem Raj Ban for two and half year after finding him guilty on sexually abusing 29 years old woman.
A single bench of district court judge Kishore Ghimire had given the verdict regarding the case.
The victim was sexually abused by the accused on January 1 and complaint against him was lodged at police on January 2. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital on January 2.
