Police have arrested 35 years old Jeevan Rayamajhi of Musikot Municipality-6 on May 28 on charge of raping 21 years old woman.
The complaint against the accused was lodged at police office on May 28 on charge of rape on May 5. He was arrested on a same day based on a complaint lodged by the victim according to ASI Satya Narayan Yadav of District Police Office.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on May 28.
