Police have arrested 28 years old Nasir Miya and 20 years old Sabana Khatun on April 19 on charge of polygamy based on a complaint lodged by the victim Jarina Khatun, 26 of Khadga Municipality-9.
The victim had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Kalyanpur on March 14 for justice. The duo accuse had registered the marriage at district court of Saptari on March 11. The victim was married 10 years ago and have four children.
