Police have arrested Sushil Mehetar alias Anil, 27 of Rajbiraj Municipality-6 on April 17 on charge of attempting to kill his wife Mintu Devi Mehatar by stabbing.
The accused who came home after the foreign employment was raising question on her character. On the night of April 12, he stabbed the victim. She is undergoing treatment at BPKHIS.
The victim’s mother had lodged complaint at District Police Office on April 18.
