Police have arrested 56 years old Chok Narayan Shrestha of Madi Municipality-8 on September 12 on charge of raping four years old girl.
The victim was raped by an accused on January 24 and complaint against him was lodged at police office on January 25 by the victim’s family.
The accused was absconding after the incident and he was arrested on September 12 according to the police. The victim had health checkup at Bharatpur hospital on a same day the complaint was lodged.
