Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC) executive director Bijaya Raj Gautam has given stress on making the document and report up to date and effective.
He put his view while speaking at the program in Banke on Human Rights Documentation training organized by INSEC on September 10.
He added that Human Rights Year Book is a model globally and INSEC is successfully publishing it every year since 25 years. He said that such initiation on documenting has begun in other countries however the continuity is not given.
Human Rights Year Book is an important report it has its own value, Gautam said.
“The main source for the incidents on human rights violation is our district representative and such incidents must be valid and credible”, Gautam said.
Speaking at the program Chief Madan Paudel of Documentation and Dissemination Department said that the training will provide the working pattern and methodologies for District representatives. The training is participated by INSEC district representatives from 19 districts.
