The District Court of Khotang has ordered to sentence 28 years old Shekhar Khadka and 23 years old Sharada Pandey of Lami Danda Village council for one year and three months on charge of polygamy.
The absconding accused were arrested by the police on July 3 and were presented to the court according to DSP Nabin Kishore Pradhan.
The complaint against the accused was lodged at District Police Office in 2015 January 14 according to the police.
