Police arrested a 36-year-old Purna Bahadur Khatri of Durbar Rural Municipality-7, Gulmi District on the charges of commission of an offence of rape of a 32-year-old woman. The accused was arrested on July 23 2026 from Butwal.
The victim’s side lodged a complaint against the accused on July 23 2026 at Area Police Office, Butwal. The complaint was filed on the charges of rape committed on July 22 2026.
Victim’s medical examination was conducted on July 23 2026 at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
