Police arrested Gyaljen Sherpa, 37, a permanent resident of Mapyadudhkoshi Rural Municipality-5, currently residing in Najing, Soludughkund Municipality-7, on June 29 on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office on June 28, accusing Sherpa of raping the victim on June 26.
