Police arrested Bidhan Bishwokarma, 23, of Sidhalekh Rural Municipality-1, Dhading, on June 25, on charges of raping a 22-year-old woman.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Banke, on June 25, accusing Bishwokarma of raping the victim on June 24.
The victim underwent a medical examination on June 25 at Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj.
