The local representatives of the district have complained that Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand are exerting pressure on them to collect donation.
The cadres of the party have asked to support them compulsorily above the amount of Rs 10,000 as per their will. Ward chairman Karma Singh Thapa of Tripurasunderi Municipality-1 said that the cadres have asked for the donation of Rs 100,000 even though they do not have any budget. Mayor Om Bahadur Buda of Tripurasunderi said that the cadres have even warned to support for donation.
Nepal Communist Party “Biplov” while releasing the press statement said that the cadres of the party were taken action on charge of asking for donation against the party’s decision and direction.
The statement said that District committee secretary in charge Injan Rokaya and party member Danta Pariyar of Mudkechula Rural Municipality-8 were charged for asking donation against the decision and direction of party. The statement stated that they were expelled from party’s membership.
