Police have arrested 28 years old Bishnu Basnet of Dev Chuli Municipality-17 on charge of raping 22 years old woman with disability.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint against the accused at police office on August 27 on charge of raping her on August 24.
The absconding accused was arrested by the District Police Office of Nawalparasi Bardaghat Susta east from Chitwan according to DSP Lila Raj Lamichhane.
She underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Bharatpur on August 27 according to police.
