Police have arrested 24 years old Anjaan Rai of Suryodaya Municipality-10 on July 20 on charge of raping 42 years old woman.
The victim woman had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Pashupatinagar against the accused on July 16 on charge of rape on July 15. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Ilam on July 16.
