The District Court of Panchthar has ordered to sentence 20 years old Deepak Ramtel of Phidim Municipality-10 for six years after finding him guilty on raping 14 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Manoj KC had given the verdict regarding the case.
The victim was raped by the accused on April 16 and complaint against him was lodged on May 6 at DPO.
