The District Court of Khotang has ordered to sentence 56 years old man Iwe B.K of Tuwachung Municipality-7 for five years after finding him guilty on raping 12 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Kishore Ghimire had given the verdict regarding the case on June 11.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Halesi on August 12 against the accused. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Diktel on August 15.
