Police have arrested 25 years old Bhuwan Luhagun of Rong Rural Municipality-6 on charge of raping 16 year old girl.
The victim’s acquaintances had lodged compliant at Area Police Office of Pashupatinagar against the accused on June 4. On a same day, the victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital.
